great location but needs better attention to detail

The location of the hotel made it convenient for our family activities. The pool area was clean, allowing us to relax and have fun together.

Some aspects of our stay lacked a bit of polish.

The hotel had a great location near the mall, and the staff were incredibly friendly, which made my experience enjoyable. However, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options, and some areas appeared outdated and in need of a refresh.

Our stay was fantastic! The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast offered an awesome variety, especially the scrambled eggs. The pool area was perfect for my son's birthday party with his friends!

In my wife’s opinion, the front desk should have been more attentive. Our check-in process felt rushed, and they didn't inform us about nearby attractions for kids.

I had an absolute blast staying here for my son's birthday sleepover! The indoor pool was a total hit. the staff even let the boys swim longer because they were being so well-behaved! Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh options that kick-started our day perfectly.

The staff here is just unbelievable! I had a situation with my room and Joe at the front desk really went out of his way to make things right. They moved me to a room that had the water working, finally managed to get that hot shower I was craving!

Overall, the location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and shopping, but it still needs some improvements in housekeeping and maintaining the facilities.

The facility is in need of major renovations and the power in one of the rooms was not functional.
